This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how paid features on FFLPowered.com (the “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are billed, canceled, and refunded. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.
1. What we charge for
FFLPowered.com is an advertising and software platform for licensed firearms dealers. We charge only for access to and use of the Platform. We do not sell, ship, or transfer firearms, and we do not process, escrow, or handle payments for any transaction between dealers. Paid items on the Platform include:
- Memberships — recurring subscription plans that unlock marketplace access and features.
- MarketScope points — prepaid credits used to run MarketScope price checks and related AI tools.
- Boosts and add-ons — optional one-time purchases such as promoted-listing boosts, lot-listing fees, and AI market-value estimates.
2. Payment processing
Card payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Your card details are entered directly with that processor and are not stored on FFLPowered.com. Your purchase is also subject to the processor’s terms. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. All amounts are in U.S. dollars.
3. Memberships and auto-renewal
- Memberships are sold on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) and renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel.
- By purchasing a membership you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period.
- You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@fflpowered.com. Cancellation stops future renewals.
- When you cancel, your membership stays active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for; access then ends. We do not provide prorated or partial-period refunds for the unused portion of a term, except where required by law.
- If we materially reduce a plan’s features or raise its price, the change applies at your next renewal; your continued use after it takes effect is your acceptance.
4. MarketScope points
- Points are a prepaid, digital credit used only within the Platform. They are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash or any monetary value.
- Points are consumed as you use paid tools (for example, each MarketScope price check draws a set number of points). A points balance may include an amount too small to cover another action; any such remainder is non-refundable.
- Points have no value outside the Platform, cannot be transferred or sold, and may be forfeited if your account is closed or terminated for violation of the Terms.
- We may change the number of points a given tool costs, and the price of points, on a going-forward basis. Changes do not affect points you have already spent.
5. Boosts and other add-ons
Boosts, lot-listing fees, AI market-value estimates, and similar one-time purchases are charged at the price shown at the time of purchase and are non-refundable once the service has begun or been delivered — for example, once a boost goes live or an AI estimate has been generated — because the service has been rendered. Buying a boost does not guarantee any particular number of views, inquiries, or sales.
6. When we do issue refunds
We will review and, where appropriate, correct or refund a charge in cases such as:
- A duplicate or clearly erroneous charge caused by a billing or technical error.
- A charge for a paid feature that failed to be delivered due to a fault on our side and could not be re-run (for example, points were deducted but the tool did not return a result and could not be retried).
- Any case where a refund is required by applicable law.
To request a review, email support@fflpowered.com within 30 days of the charge with your account email, the date, and the amount. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate charge, rather than contacting us, may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any remaining points or membership access.
8. Free trials and promotions
If we offer a free trial, promotional rate, or complimentary points, we will state its terms at the time. Unless stated otherwise, a trial converts to a paid membership at the end of the trial period unless you cancel first, and promotional credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.
9. Governing law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of Texas, consistent with the governing-law and dispute provisions of our Terms of Service.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may notify you. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
